Consulting on Software Related Patent. Preferably has experience in XML schema
as well as some knowledge of AI and database technology.
It is anticipated that this
will entail no more than 30 hours of effort at $25/hour. In addition, s/he will
receive a promissory note for the equivalent of $5,000 in QuoteTech stock
options, if the patent is awarded.
