The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is currently recruiting graduate students and recent graduates for our Class of 2021 application.
The PMF
Program is the Federal Government’s flagship leadership development program for
advanced degree candidates. The highly selective, two-year fellowship offers
full salary, benefits, and leadership training to develop a cadre of future
government leaders across over 100 Federal agencies.

Our
application opens annually for a two-week period to recruit recent and
soon-to-be graduates with advanced degrees. All academic disciplines are
encouraged to apply.
